List for Mail Merge in word 2003 (Word 2003 sp2)

How can I print a list that has been completed in mail merge without printing the merge letter. I need to add to the list and I would like to be able to have a hard copy of the list so that I don't duplicate names and also would like to check if addresses are correct.Having a hard copy of the list in my hands would be most helpful. <img src=/S/confused.gif border=0 alt=confused width=15 height=20>

    java script:returnTag(' <img src=/S/confused.gif border=0 alt=confused width=15 height=20> ')

What is the data source for your mail merge? In most cases, you should be able to print the list directly from its source. For example, if the names and addresses are in an Excel spreadsheet, you can print the list from Excel.

Another option is to start a new mail merge with the same data, and to select 'Directory' in the first step of the Mail Merge Wizard (task pane). See How to use mail merge to create a directory in Word 2002 and in later versions of Word for a step-by-step description.
