    Hyperlinks staying in memory (2003)

    Hey Everybody,
I have copied and pasted a link to a secure web site into a Word Document. With the link I had to include the username and password to this site. That worked fine. Well now ever since that when I try and copy and paste anything (text, pictures, etc.) it brings up that login screen to enter in the username and password. When I type in the password it just keeps looping me to that same site. If I click cancel then it will paste in what I was trying to paste. I've cleared the clipboard and have rebooted my machine but I can't figure out how to get that out. Any Suggestions?
    Thanks,
    Deb

Does this happen in any document or just in the document with the hyperlink?

That means it's probably something in Normal.dot or in a global template (add-in). Try the steps in Phil Rabichow's <!post=Systematic Approach to Behavioral Problems in Word,197827>Systematic Approach to Behavioral Problems in Word<!/post>.
