    Pre-filled email addresses (Outlook 2003)

When composing a new email, when I enter the first character of the addressees email addy, a dialog box lists all the addys beginning with that character.

Over time, this has filled up a bit with un-necessary entries, (as well as some old addresses which are now wrong).

Can anyone tell me how to edit this list (I know I can go through all 26 alphabet characters becoz I've just done that) as I'd like to be able to keep this list clean and ytidy.

    Thanks

To delete them individually, press the down arrow to select what you don't want to appear and press Delete.

    Perfect thanks

I couldn't think of the phrase "Auto-complete" to do a search. So thanks again
