Logon to another account with Administrator rights and reset the password.

    Otherwise, look at this: http://www.google.com/search?hl=en&q=Windo...+password+reset

You can change it to never expire.
    1) Right click on My Computer | Manage.
    2) Find Local Users and Groups , click on the plus sign
    3) Click on Users / on the right panel you will see all the user names,
    4) Double click on and users name
    5) Click onGeneral TAb selectan option where you can put a tick mark to disable Password expiry.
