Showing two Excel Open Files on Taskbar (Excel 2003)

I work at a College and some classes don't show two separate open Excel files as two bars on the taskbar, only one. This is a pain when trying to quickly switch back a forth between the two files. I know you can do it in the Window menu but I'm used to my home computer so I'd like to use the Taskbar. I'm sure there's a quick fix but I'm unable to find it this time. Doesn't seem to occur with two Word files. Thanks in advance for any ideas.

    Hi,
Select Tools-Options and on the View tab, check the Windows in Taskbar option.

... and if you have loads of files arranged like this, and can't see the filenames because the icons are too small, grab the top edge of the taskbar to make space for 'full-sized' icons.
