New Add Ons for IE 7 (IE7)

Add On's for IE 7 are available from Microsoft's web site. Two I installed were the "alt+x" which brings back up the last tab closed, and the "TWC weather add in for the tool bar". Alt+x is great, and the TWC is nice to have during the winter, or for that matter any time to see if it is golfable outside. Wait! arent that what windows are fore?
    Thanks John

Yes, IE7 itself is just fine. You may find some websites that have difficulties with IE7's tighter adherence to standards and security. You should check for updated versions of add-ons.

Re: New Add Ons for IE 7 (IE7)

If you use Outlook for email, then there was an issue with IE7 discussed earlier this month: HTML-format messages print without headers (e.g., From, To, Subject). While you can print them with the headers by "editing" them to convert them to plain text, that is not always acceptable. Not sure whether that matters to you (it would be important in a business setting that needs to document sent/received times), or whether it has been patched by now.

Thank you. yes, we both use for business, so once in while this header info is important.
