    tracking voting responses (Outlook 2000/2003)

I sent an email to 9 people and asked to vote yes or no using the voting buttons. I received 3 responses the same day. In the tracking section it shows the recipient's name, their response (yes in all three cases) and the time of their response. THE next day three responded 2 yes, 1 no. I the response column all three say "replied" instead of yes or no. The next day, one yes vote, recorded as yes, the next day, one yes recorded as "replied"

Any idea what would make the response yes or no on some and replied on others? I checked on that was recorded as yes and the recipient did reply in addition to voting so I don't think that is it. Any help on this on appreciated!

Do you have a mixture of Outlook 2000 & Outlook 2003 clients? Which version initiated the voting message? Is it only one version that is failing to record properly. For Outlook 2000 here's a few knowledge base articles on "voting response" - Search The Knowledge Base

The original message was sent from Outlook 2003 to both 2000 and 2003 users. There were "yes" and "replied" responses from both 2000 and 2003 users.

Sorry. I can't find anything more about voting responses. Maybe someone else will chime in.
