127.0.0.1 is your own computer. Why do you want to enter this IP?

I am not sure what this command will be in Italian.

    1) Start | Run
    2) Type in inetmgr
    3) Navigate to the Web Sites folder under Local Computer
    4) Right hand mouse click Web Sites folder
    5) Click Properties
    6) Click Directory Scurity tab
    7) Click Edit under the Anonymous access and authentication control
    8) Tick Anonymous Access and Allow IIS to control password

This shouls allow you to run the asp script

Also try typing http://localhost/sal21.asp in your browser
