    .DefaultEditing Property (Access 97/2.0)

    Help,

I am editing a db which was originally built in Access V2.0 which had the form property; ".defaultediting" which if i remember has four possible values.

Problem is I have no documentation for V2 and the db author did not document the code.

Can someone remind me what values 1,2,3 and 4 represent in 'Access97' terms.

I think its 'Read-only', 'Allow Edits', 'Can't add records' and 'Data Entry' but I don't know which is which and I do not have the time to experiment.

    Thanks in advance. <img src=/S/bash.gif border=0 alt=bash width=35 height=39>

    1 - Data Entry
    2 - Allow Edits
    3 - Read Only
    4 - Cant Add Records
I will never admit that I still have Access 2.0 on my machine...
