Print plain text only page 1 (OL2000)

    Greetings,

We have a users who has the following problem:
When printing a plain text mail, Outlook will only print text on the first page, and will print the other pages without text but only the pagenumber on it..
If I look at the print preview, Outlook shows me all the pages with text and pagenumber.

(If I copy the text to a Word document. it will print all text)

Do you have a solution for this problem

(BTW The printer is an HP 4 plus)

The nearest thing I can find is:

<A target="_blank" HREF=http://support.microsoft.com/support/kb/articles/Q222/2/28.ASP>Q222228</A> OL2000: Printing on HP 6L Prints Blank Pages on Documents with More Than One Page
(I appreciate it refers to the HP6, but it may be a workaround.)

We have a similar set-up here without problem - in fact ALL our range of HP laser printers are set-up as plain HPLJ4's for compatibility. I would try deleting and re-installing the printer driver, or trying a different one.
