Formatting Notes Column in Tasks (2003 SP2)

Does anyone know fo a way to get the Notes column in Tasks to allow text wrapping? One of my managers uses Outlook Tasks religiously, the only problem he has with it is that we can not get the Notes column to be wide enough to show all of the text. We have tried removing all columns that are not pertinent and made the Notes column as large as we can but there is still some text not showing.

Any assitance would be greatly appreciated.

I am looking at my Tasks in '03, and I don't see a "Notes" column. If you are talking about the "Subject' column, you can type in as much information as you want in the original task subject, and it will wrap. You can by using the scroll bar to the right in the "subject" scroll through what is written there.
    Is that what you want?
    Thanks John

Sorry, text in table-like views in Outlook doesn't wrap.
Your manager could define a card-like view; text in a card does wrap.

    Thanks Hans,

How would one go about defining a card-like view? I mentioned this to my NA and he said he would look into it as soon as he gets a spare moment but that he was not familiar with it.

Does this card view work within the Tasks framework?

    Hi John,

The Notes column can be added by right-clicking on one of the field headers at the top.

I will look at the Subject field and see if that works for her. As I recall, I believe that she uses the Subject field as her main sort so putting a lot of detail (more than what fits normally in the Notes field) may not work for her.

View | Arrange By | Current View | Define Views...
    Click New...
Select Card from the list, etc.
