Exchange server 2003 in an organization with about 25 users, Outlook 2000 SP3. One of the users recently noticed that messages she flags for Follow Up (with reminder date/time) are not "firing" the reminder. I checked that the messages she flagged are in her Inbox (a default folder), and she's setting a reminder date/time in the future.

If she sets a reminder on a Calendar appointment, that reminder fires properly. Why would reminder for follow up flags stop working? I can't find any info ...
