    Letterhead Template (Word 2003)

My client had a designer create an image for letterhead. It was created in Quark and e-mailed to me in .pdf format. They would like me to use it to create the letterhead in MS Word. My problem is that the image goes across the top, down the right side and across the bottom. Now if I had three separate images my thought was that I could use a header and a footer and the only other way I can figure to use the right side is to use a Text box running down the right side. Am I way off base here? Any ideas would be appreciated. Thanks in advance!

Put the image as a floating picture in the page header or footer, and specify in its properties (Format | Picture) that it goes behind the text.
