    Character code translation problems (Outlook 2002 SP#)

    I am sending the following text: " □$25 Student or young professional (under age 35) □$45 Individual " as part of a membership renewal form in an rtf document. Some of my recipients are getting very strange messages such as "

    Added: Actually, just to confirm, you are sending an RTF attachment, not using Outlook's RTF format for the message body.

    I did exactly as you suggested when I posted to the Lounge: the material between quotation marks is respectively the text that I intended and the text that a few people are receiving. When i look at the posting on Lounge, it is exactly what i wanted to show.
