    Merge tab data (2003 SP1)

I've got a single Excel file with multiple tabs; each tab has the same column headings but varying numbers of rows of data. How can I merge the data in each tab into a single "master" tab? Can this be done without the use of a macro?

    Thanks

It would be best to create a single worksheet with all the data in one table, and use that from now on. You can add an extra column to indicate a category corresponding to the sheet the data originally came from.

If the number of worksheets is not too large, you can create the single table by copying and pasting data. If the number is large, a macro might be more efficient.
