    Blue background, white text (2003)

I'd like to add the "blue background, white text" option under Tools>Options>General to a customised toolbar. It doesn't seem to be listed in the "All Commands" bit of the toolbars dialogue box. I know I could write a macro to do it and assign that to a toolbar, but it strikes me as odd that there's no more direct way. Am I missing something?

That's because it is not a command, but a setting in Options. You won't find commands for most of the the other options either (with a few exceptions).
