Add a database version to reports (2k sp3)

I have a table that has a version history of the database. I would like to take the current version number and add it to all the reports. I made a query that grabs the correct version. I was trying to call the query in the control source of a text box. This gives me the #Name error. What is the correct way to grab this info and display it in the reports?

    Thanks,

You can put a text box on the report with the following Control Source:

    =DLookup("FieldName","QueryName")

with, of course, the correct names of the field and of the query substituted.

Thanks, I completely forgot about using DLookup. Some time I just think too hard and forget about the obvious.
