    MS Outlook Form field (2003)

I have MS Outlook (2003) were the text fields have a blue background and the text is white. 99% of the Users see it correct, but I have 1 Users that see White Text and White background. As far as we know his system was loaded the same way as everyone and he does not know enough about computers to change his screen settings. I know this is a very general question but that I all I have for now.

    Thanks

I believe those color properties are set in the form itself, so it's difficult to image how Windows defaults or IE settings could override them. Perhaps that person's forms cache is corrupted and needs to be cleared?

Re: MS Outlook Form field (2003)

I just tried something and it worked. I went into Control Panel, Display, Setting and changed the setting from default Blue to Olive Green. Called up the form and it display fine, ugly color but read able. Next I changed it back to default blue and it working fine now.
