    Merge Code (2003)

In WordPerfect there is a merge code "Case Of" where I can say in the Case Of Field 2 = Lonnie; Sue; Bill - Insert "legal assistant" .... In the Case of Field 2 = William; Tom; Henry - Insert "attorney" ......

Is there anything similar in WORD ?

This article gives some examples of how to use Word's {IF} field code in a merge: How to use nested IF fields in a mail-merge document in Word 2000 or Word 2002.
