    Task dialog won't close (2003)

Our firm recently upgraded to Office 2003. One of our users notices that now when he creates a new task, even after he clicks Save and Close and confirms the save, the task dialog remains open. Has anyone else experienced this problem?

No. Start by running Help | Detect and Repair for this user.

Thanks. Turns out that the problem was resolved by choosing Actions, Save task order from the Outlook menu.

The user later reported that a dialog appeared instructing him to do so.

That is what is called "Smart Software", <img src=/S/evilgrin.gif border=0 alt=evilgrin width=15 height=15> it knows what to tell the user to do, to fix one's problems.

Now running HP Pavilion a6528p, with Win7 64 Bit OS.
