    Not saving data (2000)

    Hi,

Lately some users compliant that they can't find some data that they just enter in the database. After I validate the database, it seems database didn't save the data that user just enter. So how should I do to prevent it happens and how can I find out what's the reason cause it happen?

    Thanks

It is hard to say, without knowing the details. There is a chance you have a corrupted database, but if you aren't having any other problems, then this is unlikely. If the data entry is being made through bound forms, then Access automatically saves the data when you move to a subform or another record. The only way it won't be saved is if the user hit the ESCAPE key, which acts as an UNDO. I'd put my money on that.
