Caveats for upgrading from Excel 2002 to 2003? (Excel 2002 SP3)

I am thinking about upgrading to Excel 2003. My question is, can I expect all my spreadsheets, created in Excel 2002, to work smoothly in Excel 2003? Including things like user forms and macros? I know it might sound like an odd question but Microsoft throws up some odd things sometimes...

There were some problems with the original release of Excel 2003, but as far as I know, they have been solved in the two service packs for Office 2003. Make sure that you get Office 2003 SP2. You shouldn't have serious problems. The .xls file format hasn't changed between Excel 97, 2000, 2002 and 2003.
