    Weekly reports (Access 2000)

Is there any way I can group figures by week for a weekly report?
    Thanks

    Yes:
    - Open the report in design view.
    - Activate the Sorting and Grouping window.
    - If the date field you want to group on is already listed in this window, click in its row.
    - Otherwise, select the date field in the Field/Expression column.
    - Make sure that Group Header and/or Group Footer is set to Yes.
    - Select Week in the Group On dropdown list.

Week doesn't seem to be available as a group header in Access 2000?

I assume that you have a date field that you want to group by week. You must add this field to the Sorting and Grouping window.
Then select Week in the Group On dropdown. This option will only be available if you have selected a date/time field, not if you have selected a text or number field.

Thanks, I had formatted the date field in the query so it wasn't recognised as a date field. Easy when you know how!

You can easily apply the format in the report itself.
