    Start all email rules per click (2000 / 2007)

    Hi,

    at work I usually never delete any emails. Therfore I created various pst-files to store all emails. In each pst-file I have various subfolders, named after the sender of an email. E.G.

    New York Customers
    - Smith
    - Meyer
    - Johnson

    To move the incoming emails to the subfolder I created for each "Sender" a rule. Per Default I deactivated each rule (to make sure that I don

    Unfortunately, there is no support for manipulating or running rules in Visual Basic for Outlook, so you cannot create a macro to run the rules.
    You can select multiple rules by clicking on one and Shift+clicking on another one to select a range, or by Ctrl+clicking individual rules, then apply all selected rules in one go.
