Formula Question (2000 & 2003)

Hi, How can I make the formula in column F return the name -only if - column E doesn't return "Complete".
If deficiencies are >10 days out I want the name of the person responsible. But if it's complete -I want the cell in F to be blank.
I hope this is enough info. see attached, Thanks for your time.

    Welcome to Woody's Lounge!

You can add a test to check whether the cell in column E is a number. The formula in F5 becomes

    =IF(AND(ISNUMBER(E5),E5>10),B5,"")

This can be copied or filled down. Or if you want to check for "Complete" explicitly:

    =IF(AND(E5<>"Complete",E5>10),B5,"")

Thanks for the welcome and the solution. I used the 1st formula and that fixed the problem. Thankyou very much.
