We'll need a bit more information before we can suggest something. What exactly happens when you try to shut down or log off ??? Can you restart your computer or is tha option not working either ?? Have you added anything new in the way of hardware or software recently ??

It will not Hybernate,Shutdown or log off it just stays up and running. I added a new Laptop and opened my same profile from it. That is the only change. I have a dell Optiplex GX620 and MS Small Business Office Managemnt 2003 Software. IE 7

Try to add -f option to shutdown command. (If you are unfamiliar with it, open Command Prompt and type SHUTDOWN without options for more information.)

Try shutting dow your profile from the laptop. Log off and shutdown the laptop and then open the profile on the problem PC and see if you are able to shut down normally.
