    tracking voting responses (Outlook 2000)

We are using the voting buttons and really like the tracking tab. One glitch we have noticed is some one will vote but their vote isn't recorded on the tracking tab. Usually that persons response comes a copy of days later than the ones that are recorded. Is there some feature that limits the amount of time someone has to vote and have it recorded? We aren't intentionally setting anything like that. I checked the Microsoft site and thought I found something that said that if someone votes and replies (in text) their vote wouldn't show up but that isn't holding true for us in this case. Thanks for any help.

Might be better to continue discussion in this parallel thread: http://www.wopr.com/cgi-bin/w3t/showflat.p...t&Number=551262
