    enewsletter SBS 20003

    Hi all,

I was wondering if anyone could help. We want to start generating a newsletter but it is critical that these only go to people who have asked for them to be sent. It is also critical that people's privacy is protected. Therefore, from our original list (which is in an access database with all email addresses) we want to be able to send out the newsletter. I could do this from outlook but I also need to make sure that if someone unsubscribes then their wishes are respected. Equally, we would like the facility for people to subscribe to our newsletter from our web site.

We run SBS 2003, Outlook 2003 and our website is created in frontpage.

Can we work with these tools or do we need to buy a new product?

    Cheers

    Karen

I'd just get mailing-list software and be done with it. This way, you can be confident that privacy and other mass-mailing problems can be delt with with a minimum of fuss and bother.
