    Report grouping (2000)

Hi, have a report that has groupings of senior manager, team manager, team member, type. Type is one of three ratings the team members have, say A B C. I currently have for each team member a count of A B and C. I need this for each senior manager and each team manager too in the same report. By putting a text box with a dcount in the respective senior manager and manager group header I get a count but an overall total. I am hoping by getting the code right in the dcount it will filter the count to each respective senior manager and manager...something like =DCount("[questiony level]","QryCCReports","[Question Level]='intermediate' And [team manager]=?"). It is the ? mark part I am struggling with. Not sure how to code from there, any help is appreciated.

    Thanks Darren.

    Re: Report grouping (2000)

If Team Manager is a number field containing an ID, use

    ... And [Team Manager]=" & [Team Manager])

If Team Manager is a text field, use

    ... And [Team Manager]=" & Chr(34) & [Team Manager] & Chr(34))

Chr(34) is the double quote character <code>"</code>.
