Pick from drop down list (Excel 2003)

Trying to use the keyboard command to access the "pick from drop down list". The right click menu indicates the letter "k" might be used to quickly access this list. I've tried ALT, CTL and combinations of all with "k" and can't access the list. Do you know of any way to get to this list without right clicking?

Once you have the right-click menu up, you just have to press k. To get the menu up, you can use Shift+f10 or the Properties key next to the right hand Windows key on most keyboards.
