    TOA - unmark / delete (Word 2003)

    I am working on a brief that has many citations already marked for the Table of Authorities. Because a large number of attorneys have cut and pasted to this document I wish to unmark / delete the TOA entry fields and delete the actual Table of Authorities. I have no problem deleting the Table of Authorities but I am lost how to mass delete / unmark the actual fields that follow each citation. Any thoughts would be greatly appreciated.

    Welcome to Woody's Lounge!

    Select Edit | Replace...
    Enter the following in the Find what box:
    <code>
    ^d TA

    ^d</code> is the code for finding a field, and TA is the Table of Authorities entry field code.
    Make sure that the Replace with box is empty.
    Click Replace All to remove the entries.
