Using Sumproduct with FIND function (Excel 2003)

I know one can use indivudual text terms in Sumproduct functions. I am trying to use sumproduct to do a count by-comapny such as SUMPRODUCT((A1:A10000=A2)*(...here is where I want to say "If you find the text SEYP within a description cell")) So I can get a count of by-company lines with the term SEYP somewhere in the description field. I'm not sure FIND works within a Sumproduct function. I'm trying. Any suggestons for this kind of formula? TYIA

See the thread starting at <post:=630,503>post 630,503</post:>, in particular macropod's reply. The same can be applied with SUMPRODUCT.
