    Free busy time (Outlook 2003)

I have a user who cannot see the available time of his own team when he tries to schedule a meeting. I try the same on my machine and have no problems. His scheduling just shows the grey bar and never gives him information about their availability.
Does anybody have any ideas on where the problem is?
    Thanks

Is he/she using a Distribution List? See if it makes any difference to reset the List. Be sure to use the Global Address List instead of Contacts.

I deleted his list in contacts and then recreated it. Did not work. Finally, I created a new Outlook Profile and that did work. Took a while but it worked.

    Thanks for your help,
