    Pc health crash (SP 2)

I'm guilty of "tinkering" with my computer and now Windows, Help and Support causes problems. I can use it ok, but when I exit after a couple of minutes four/five error messages pop-up saying a Module could not be found at address ... . It then runs the CPU upto 99% use and I have to shutdown.
I deleted the .query files in the pchealth area previously - would this cause the problem? Or it might be that installing Opus Directory caused it? Or perhaps turning on/or some network Services may? Can someone suggest a way for me to investigate further? Thanks, Andy.
