Volume Shadow Copy error (Win/XP SP2)

I've been getting this error every time my Windows Backup jobs run. I've searched Google and the MS KB without finding anything that might help solve this problem. Any ideas? My system seems to be working fine and I don't have any other problems.

What are your "Windows Backup Jobs?" Are you running the backup program inherent in Win XP? What is the destination drive of the backup?

Sorry to ask such "stupid" questions but I don't have any way of replicating the problem. Can you get a successful backup if you do it manually, rather than as a scheduled job?

Yes, the built-in Windows backup. I am backing up my C: & D: drives. The problem occurrs manually. It is because I am using the volume shadow service. And yes, VSS is enabled.

Re: Volume Shadow Copy error (Win/XP SP2)

I may have gotten this fixed. Seems like Acronis TrueImage might have been the root cause.

I also registered the swprv.dll which is one of the VSS driving files.
