    Notes & handouts (PPT 2000)

I've been preparing course material for a client with PPT 2000 and have discovered the problems with Notes/Handout masters and read the posts in this forum.
It seems to me that PPT 2000 Masters for Notes & Handouts are a waste of time, and that the File, SendTo, Word using "Notes Next To Slide" for Notes and "Blank Lines Next To Slide" for handouts is a more suitable method.

    You're welcome.
A years has passed since I announced this in class.
I seem to recall that SOME of the things I railed against in PPT2000 were found to work quite well in PPTXP or PPT2003; this caught me by surprise because I am so used to seeing bugs/flaws not fixed in newer versions of Word.
Whatever, ... you may want to check in case anything that I say "is better done this way in PPT2000" might be better done in the MSoft way in later versions.
