Is this just me - I can't see the code, the graphic is overlaying it.

    Catherine,

I'll repost the original message and hopefully it will clear up the graphics.

    'With' Challenged (03)

I am having a challenge changing some formatting of a cell using the "with" statement. In this case, I receive an error message of "Unable to set the Locked property of the range class".

As far as I can tell, it should work.

    Thanks,
    John

Is the worksheet protected? You cannot change the Locked property of a cell in a protected worksheet.
