    Comments in Word (2003)

When inserting a comment in a word document, my comment was preceeded by the word "Comment [C2]:" Is there a way to delete this this from the comment baloon so it shows only the actual word keyed in?

Also, upon inserting my comment, the page layout changed and made my document print in smaller fonts.

    Thank you.

I don't think you can remove the word Comment from a comment; it's necessary to distinguish comment balloons from tracked changes balloons.

If you don't want the print layout to be changed, you should turn of the display of balloons in the Track Changes tab of Tools | Options...

Thank you for your time. That's what I thought too but I wasn't so sure about it.
