I have a WIN98 vanilla box that up until 3 weeks ago was working fine. Now when the machine is booted Dial up Networking connects to our ISP perfectly. IPCONFIG /ALL shows all of the correct info. When we disconnect and attempt to dial up again in about an hour all looks good except the logging into network box takes a minute or two to close. IPCONFIG /ALL looks the same as before but there is no TCP connection. After a reboot all works fine until the scenario replays. I've tried reinstalling the TCP stack to no avail. Any thoughts?
