    Times and dates (XP)

Hans provided me with a bit of code to shift times - DateAdd("n",3,[Start_Time]) - but I am trying to compare this time to Now() in an expression for conditional formatting to red 3 minutes before.

The problem is that the date is not today's ( it's a hundred or so years in the past) either when I import or enter a time manually. How can I get to be today's date?

Option 1: compare Time() instead of Now() with [Start_Time]

Option 2: compare Now() with Date()+[Start_Time]

That did it - Thanks Hans, yet again.
