    ListBox; 1st Row, 1st Col Value (2000)

The first column of the "ListBox" I'm using, "lstYourDiary", holds dates ordered in ascending order. I would like to capture the value in the "first row/first column" in the "ListBox". Can do it if the row is selected but don't know how to do it when the row is not. Any guidance appreciated. Thanks!

    You can use lstYourDiary.Column(0, 0)

The first argument to Column is the column number, counting from 0, and the optional second argument is the row number, counting from 0. So Column(0, 0) is the item in the first column of the first row.
