    Access 2002 (Access 2003)

I have never used the 2002 version of Access. I recently sent an application to a user running 2002 and they get an expected reference error to Excel. The app was developed in 2003 and converted to 2000 prior to shipping. I expected to be able to open the VBA editor and correct the reference, but Alt+F11 does not open it according to the user. I checked my copy of the app and the Use Access Special Keys is checked, yet when I ask the user to hold the shift key when opening the app it did not bypass the startup form. Is the 2002 version that much different that these keys do not work?
    Thanks

Holding down Shift should bypass the startup options and Alt+F11 should activate the Visual Basic Editor in Access 2000, 2002 and 2003. My first suspicion would be user error, otherwise there is a problem with the user's installation of Access 2002.

Do any short-cut keys work? Like ctl-G?

Mark, I didn't think of Ctl+G at the time. I will be in contact with them again today and I will try it then.
    Thanks
