Language Translation Software

I am looking for some good English-Spanish/Spanish-English Translation Software. Price doesn't matter; I just want something that is as accurate as possible. Specifically, I need something that is tailored to businesses with a good legal dictionary. Does anyone have a suggestion? Thanks!

Re: Language Translation Software

I've used a few online translators, a few of them offered software packages, which I would assume are equal to the online equivalent they offer...

You might try searching freetranslation.com

Hope that helps!

You may want to take a look at "Pardon".
It's free and easy to check out.

Netscape 6.1 includes a web page translator button that professes to translate web pages to other languages. Probably not quite what you're looking for but I thought I'd mention it.

I work with numerous Translation programs the best of which is in my opinion Word Magic English/Spanish Interpreter Deluxe, they have a trial version you can download. Word Magic also has a Legal dictionary you can purchase. I also use Desk Top Translator a commercial package, as well as Pardon and Ultra Lingua shareware. I also use http://www.foreignword.com/ its a great translation portal site. All that being said the truth is ALL machine translation programs give poor results. What I do in some cases is run the phrase in two or more translation programs picking the parts that seem the best fit from each, adding my own words to come up with an accurate interpretation. To get really accurate translations they have to be done by a real life person. I hope this answers your question.
