Where can I find the Vista User Guide and be able to put a shortcut on the desktop for a friend who just got a new Dell? He has Vista Home Premium on his system.

I have no idea if there even is a Vista User Guide other than Start | Help and Support. As far as a shortcut, just like XP right click on the desktop and select New | Shortcut.
