Users are Win95/Office97SR2/Outlook98. Outlook is setup with Word as email editor. Some of our users are having intermittent problems with Word (and at times Rich Text) as their email editor. Whenever anyone sends them an e-mail that is using something other than Word they experience problems. Outlook will hang and then reset editor to Rich Text. Then they're also having intermittent problems involving Rich Text messages dumping them out of Outlook all together and sometimes requiring a system re-boot.

Also, occasionally get printing error messages from
the printer when trying to print out one of these messages. The error message requests recycled paper. Sometimes nothing prints out at all and no error message is received.

Any clue to what could be causing this?
