    job storage identification (2000-SR1)

I have suddenly started getting a "job storage identification" dialog box when I try to print reports. This happens on more than one computer, but seems to be limited to Access. Any ideas as to the cause? Using HP 6180 printer--if I set it to print directly to printer, the dialog box still comes up, but it does print; otherwise, it doesn't print. This seems to be related only to one database file; other Access files seem to print normally...

This is not standard behavior. I'd check the record source of the reports.

If you wish, you can attach a stripped down and zipped copy of the database, so that Loungers can investigate it. See <post#=401925>post 401925</post#> for instructions.

Thanks, Hans. For now, it seems that trying to print to a different printer, then reverting back to my default printer seems to have remedied it...
