Bullets & Numbering (Word 2007)

Hi Everyone, I'm wondering if someone has a way to get to the bullets and numbering box that existed in Word 2000, 2002 & 2003. I'm trying to make a numbered list. I want the numbers at the left margin with the text set up as hanging text at 0.25 inches. I've done this for years with the earlier Words, but I'll be darned if I can get Word 2007 to do it for me. I can MAKE it happen manually, but I miss the old system.

Thanks a lot, Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Yes, to get to the old dialog you can do this:

Select your list

Press Alt+F8 to call up the Macros dialog

Change the "Macros in" dialog to Word Commands

Select
FormatBulletsAndNumbering
and click Run or press Alt+R[/list]In the Customize the Quick Access Bar dialog, it's under "Commands not on the ribbon", "Bullets and numbering..." but in the keyboard customization dialog, it uses the same name as the Macros dialog.

Beautiful! I think that's the second time you've saved me!!

I really appreciate that advice. Now I see where a lot of things reside.

    Thank you!
