Time limit access to workbook (Excel 2003)

Subject edited by HansV to be less generic than "Help with Excel" (this is the Excel forum, after all)

I have a spreadsheet which I need to give access to others. I want this workbook to be used for a specific period, say 6-12 months only. Then I don't want anyone to be able to open or edit this workbook. Is this possible using visual basic, if so, does anyone know where I can get some information on how to do this.
