    Browsing History (IE7)

I have set the "Specify how many days Internet Explorer should save the list of website you have visited" in the History pane to zero(0). I assume that on closure of the browser, the current list would be deleted. On re-opening the browser and checking the history tab, the list remains the same if there were entries in the list prior to closure. Where have I gone wrong??

    Regards

    Ed H

You haven't done anything wrong. It means that history will be cleared the next day, not when you close the browser.

Thanks for your response. I guess my maths are a bit up the shoot.

    I interpreted it differently at first too. <img src=/S/smile.gif border=0 alt=smile width=15 height=15>
