Language file in Wird 2003 (Word 2003 in XP sp2)

Hi all; A relative of mine spent some time living Brazil and she wanted to use the Brazilian Portuguese spell check as well as get access to various accent marks and such things as ~ over a's and so forth, but when she clicks on "select Language" none of that seems to work. Is there a Brazilian Language pack available to be added to Word for her? If so, how does one find it and download it? Thanks for the help. Chuck
